Why Chose Office Archives?
Kane Company Quality Policy - "The Kane Company is committed to helping our customers achieve and exceed their goals through consistent teamwork and a passion for quality and service excellence."
Office Archives (OA) is highly qualified to meet and exceed the requirements for your organization. The reasons are twofold: dedication and experience. We have many success stories of exceptional procedures and customer service. Experience comes from our personnel and The Kane Company.
Electronic Media Security Office Archives and our sister companies have a wealth of knowledge and ability to guide you. We have limited access buildings, well-maintained equipment, a sophisticated software system, and the personnel to make it all work. Our software developer, Andrews, who named Office Archives a Strategic Partner in 2002, provides the bar-code software specifically designed for records center use. All movement within our system is tracked and recorded by a unique barcode number which is assigned to each file, box, and tape. That barcode is scanned to your customer number on your site prior to being picked up or delivered by OA. This entire process means nothing without the right combination of people with great attitudes.

Delivery Truck Our resources and capabilities are available to serve you. In addition to our fleet of six vans/trucks, we have access to the vast network of The Kane Company vehicles. This means we can marshal the resources necessary to perform any delivery, no matter the size, without the boxes leaving the Kane Company's possession. With over 100 trucks, vans and delivery vehicles available for daily use, together with hundreds of trained personnel, we can perform the largest of records or tape migrations. Even our biggest competitors call us for logistical help when they relocate their tape or record centers.

Our New state-of-the-art records center meets all local codes for fire suppression and safety.
The system has a protected control panel; electro-magnetic keypads; detectors for motion, glass breakage and door contacts; and sensors for heat and smoke. Along with time-lapse video cameras strategically placed on doors opening into the office, and dock areas, are motion detectors that cover the office, warehouse, and dock.
Personal service, state-of-the-art equipment, trained personnel, and secure facilities add up to the right choice to entrust your records to Office Archives.
